The website aimed to create a seamless and visually engaging user experience, reflecting the restaurant's brand identity and driving online sales.
Design Process: To understand the target audience and their preferences, extensive user research was conducted through interviews and surveys. This helped identify user needs and pain points when it comes to purchasing restaurant merchandise online. Wireframes and interactive prototypes were then created to visualize the user flows, product listings, and checkout process. Iterative design feedback sessions were held to refine the interface and enhance the user experience.
Wireframes and Prototypes: The wireframes were designed using industry-standard tools such as JustinMind, incorporating a user-centered approach to information architecture and navigation. These wireframes were then converted into interactive prototypes using Shopify, allowing stakeholders to experience the website's functionality and flow. The prototypes included features such as intuitive product filtering, easy add-to-cart functionality, and a streamlined checkout process.
Visual Design: The visual design of the website was carefully crafted to align with the restaurant's brand identity and create an immersive experience for users. A clean and modern design approach was adopted, utilizing the restaurant's color palette and typography to maintain consistency with their overall brand. High-quality product imagery was incorporated to showcase the merchandise in an appealing way, enhancing the visual impact.
Technical Implementation: The e-commerce website was developed using the WooCommerce platform, customized to meet the specific requirements of the project.
